The BrowseEmAll Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of BrowseEmAll software and its website and it is an integral part of the BrowseEmAll Terms of Use.

What is personal data?

What personal data do we collect?

a) Your contact details that you provide to us such as your name, date of birth, address, company, phone number, e-mail address.
b) Any feedback you give to us, including by phone, e-mail, mail, or when you communicate with us via social media; and the details of the e-mails and other electronic communications you receive from us.
c) If you are a customer, information about the products and services that we provide to you;
    - The things we have provided to you,
    - When and where,
    - What you paid,
    - How you paid, (your bank account and payment card details)
    - And the way you use our products and services.
d) Information about whether or not you want to receive marketing communications from us;
e) Information about any device you have used to access our products and services (your device’s make and model, browser or IP address) and also how you use our services. For example, we try to identify which of our apps you use and when and how you use them. If you use one of our websites, we try to identify your last visit date, and the consulted page. f) Information captured by our CCTV if you visit any of our premises.
e) If you are a participant, your audio and image as we record our webinars/webcasts and any other events that we organize.

How do we collect your personal data?

You directly provide us with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
    - Contact us via our contact or application form, e-mail, mail, phone or social media
    - Subscribe our newsletter
    - Register and purchase one of our products and services
    - Visit one of our premises
    - Participate one of our events
Your personal data can be collected indirectly when using cookies and other technologies. We intend to collect information such as the number of visitors, as well as user’s last visit date and consulted page.

How will we use your data?

We use CCTV on our premises for the protection of our colleagues, customers and business.

How do we store your data?

BroweEmAll uses reasonable administrative, technical, personnel, and physical measures to safeguard personal data against loss, unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or modification and to ensure the integrity of the personal data. We will keep your personal data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and in accordance with the law and relevant regulations. We will never retain your personal data for longer than is necesary. Our retention period will come to an end 5 years after the end of your relationship with us unless there is a legal obligation to retain your personal data more than 5 years.

Transferring Data Internationally

In order to provide our products and services we may need to transfer your information from your country of residence to another country in the usual course of our business. By dealing with us and submitting your personal information, you agree to the transfer, storage, and/or processing of your personal information outside of your country of residence as set out below.
